This paper addresses the first Brazilian public language policy Quercetin nationwide, established by federal decree 7387, issued on December 09, 2010: the Inventory of Brazilian Linguistic Diversity (INDL).First, it is presented a history BIO FATS OMEGA 3-6-9 of works that preceded the decree.Some prerogatives for its regulation and implementation will then be discussed, in particular, providing for the participation of language communities in the process.
